Bioaxis Healthcare, an IQVIA business, a leading provider of premium quality, integrated & extensive patient support solutions & services, is seeking for Call Center Agents for its offices in New Heraklion, Athens.
Position description
Organization and management of incoming and outgoing calls
Call center support and patient service for home care issues
Providing consultancy support
Receiving, recording and confirming patient appointments based on company procedures
Qualifications
Degree in AEI/ATEI/IEK Professionals
Previous experience in a relevant field
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience in handling ERP platform, CRM
Good knowledge of English language
