Job Overview
Provides the key client relationship to a major client or clients through relationships with senior executives and strategic leaders in the client organization in a large region. Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA portfolio and identifying new business opportunities. Co-ordinates the sales, business & service lines at a regional level to ensure effective execution against client needs and IQVIA revenue targets.

Essential Functions
ㆍUnderstands the key priorities of the client and manages the effective communication of their business issues within IQVIA.
ㆍInfluences the activities of the country sales teams to achieve/exceed the assigned revenue growth for their client accounts.
ㆍUnderstands the client and corporate needs at a regional, and country level and manages multiple priorities and complex relationships.
ㆍTakes proactive role in contract strategy. Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business and win-back opportunities.
ㆍIdentifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s).
ㆍLeads negotiations in renewing multi-year and/or multi-country/ regional contract(s) within assigned account(s).
ㆍDevelops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts.
ㆍManages the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product/service offering. Actively promotes the full IQVIA portfolio of products and services to anticipate and meet client needs. Develops and executes account plan(s) for the region and monitors progress. Adjusts plan accordingly to consider new IQVIA product/service offerings as well as significant changes to business conditions. Manages multi-country/regional opportunities through to close.

Qualifications
ㆍ10+ years of sales/account management and/or clinical operations/project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
ㆍExperience with managing customers or managing issues at the global arena is preferred.
ㆍGreat English communication skills, negotiation and influencing skills required.
ㆍReporting to VP based in Singapore.
