Job Overview
Under close guidance or supervision, administers the supply of data to IQVIA from key suppliers. Be the key IQVIA point of contact for day to day relationships with suppliers

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain Supplier Records

• Manage and maintain all supplier-related information (profiles, contact information, contracts,
  compliance).

• Provide written information to stakeholders and executives that will allow them to make decisions related to recruitment and supplier additions.

• Basic contracts revisions or updates.

• Keep relationship with Finance/Accounting department

• Prepare and send IQVIA data in exchange for supplier data.

• Maintain records related to supplier activities.

• Monitor Compliance Against Contracts.

• Maintain supplier relations through telephone or personal contact.

• Maintain quality of data supply, monitoring underperforming suppliers.

• Support Recruiting new data suppliers (e.g. pharmacists or doctors) for new panels or to maintain the statistical validity of a panel.

• Prepare materials and organize marketing events, either internal or external ones

• Collaborating with agencies or other stake holders for events planning and execution..

• Support with cross functional role mostly related to marketing.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience at a similar level, with relevant knowledge in this area. Required

• Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

• General knowledge of company products, pharmaceutical industry or field specific to a major function -preferably

• Ability to manage own time and be well organized

• People management

• Strong communication skills in both English & Romanian languages.

• Work well under pressure , Negotiating skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially on Excel and PowerPoint.

• Eligibility to work in Romania is required.
