Job description

This role is in Finance team, reporting to Senior Director of Finance responsible for Digital Products & Solutions (DPS) Delivery. Role is focused on FP&A activities across newly established Digital & Product Solutions delivery organization, working across ~40 products & solutions deployed in 185 countries by over 4,000 FTEs globally

Essential Functions

•             Consolidation & Reporting of individual business lines into total DPS Delivery.

•             Collect, interpret and analyze monthly financial information submitted from business line finance partners.

•             Closely work with Business Stakeholders to bring more transparency on cost, driving financial expenses reconciliation and improve project profitability

•             Serve as a trusted advisor to Delivery Leaders, providing financial insights and analysis to help drive performance and achieve business objectives

•             Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of financial accountability and transparency. Role will work with various groups outside of Finance: HR, Development, IT, Sales,...

•             Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable legislation. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters, including salary administration.

•             Appropriately handle personnel issues, conflict management, define goals that increase knowledge and skills of staff, and define staff expectations, consulting and taking advice where necessary.

•             Contribute to discussions on implementation of Finance strategy on a global basis and implement objectives, as appropriate.

•             Assist in implementation of management and administrative financial systems, policies, and procedures to provide structure and discipline for sustained business growth. Role needs to be an SME on our financial systems.

•             In conjunction with DPS Finance leader, overseeing the monthly forecasting & annual budgeting process.

•             Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree  Req

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.

5-10 years’ experience in FP&A Required

• Previous line management experience would be nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,200.00 - $172,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
