Job description

Job Overview
Provides business partnering and financial analysis support to various segments of a larger business. Leads FP&A functions required to support management reporting, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis. Supports and understands operational requirements of business like utilization, project profitability, pricing and sales pipeline. Supports month-end accounting close by reviewing actuals, analyzing variances and related project detail, making required journal entries and accruals as required.


Essential Functions
o P&L Management of multiple Centers of Excellence (COEs)
o Annual Planning and Monthly Forecasting
o Lead P&L reviews with COE Leads
o Variance analysis & mitigation strategies
o Project & Client Profitability Analysis
o Monthly Closing Activities (Accruals, Prepaids, %-complete, WIP)
o Balance sheet reconciliations
o FTE & Other Opex Controls
o Assist the COE leads with Investment case development & SW deferrals
o Commissions tracking and payouts
o M&A integration & support (as needed)
o Various ad-hoc projects and requests



Qualifications

•Five (5) to Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.
• Ability to partner with commercial & operational business leaders
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, basic accounting skills (accruals, journal entries)
• Can drive results through people and lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business situations

Preferred but not Required
• Understanding of healthcare, software, and/or consulting industries
• Experience with multiple financial systems (Hyperion, SAP, Salesforce)
• Experience with complex financial modeling
• Experience working in a multi-national, matrix organization
• Strong grasp of monthly closing process, budgeting & forecasting requirements of a publicly traded company

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,400.00 - $131,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
