Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a new product for IQVIA MedTech while working across MedTech industry leading companies. This candidate will be the ‘eyes and ears’ in the market place and will be responsible for staying on top of industry trends, competition and areas for product development and expansion based on both general market needs and client feedback.

Offering Manager will lead the MedTech offering execution team in crafting an approach to build and execute on market & product requirements inclusive of analytical measures, benchmarking and proposed workflow and product (and cross-product) functionality.

This individual is passionate about the MedTech space, specifically in advanced data analytics, AIML, strategic planning, and downstream execution, and has proven experience in translating customer requirements and market trends into analytical approaches and thereby, compelling, winning solutions.  This individual must also have proven experience in driving product release cycles, including working with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions on time.

Job Description Summary

  • Participates or leads teams in the design, development and delivery of complex operations of the offering development.
  • Executes operational initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction program, or infrastructure projects.
  • Assists local functions by tracking, providing frequent reports, reporting progress and highlighting potential issues and opportunities.
  • Coordinates operational activities/projects with other functions including service, consulting, business lines and sales, as appropriate.
  • Provides program and project management support to document and coordinate processes and systems rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless execution of plans.
  • May manage one or more operations systems (e.g. time sheet process, resource list, development request, reporting, forecasting and capacity planning) and provide appropriate degree of user support.
  • Provides direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and Statistical Services assigned for the offering development.
  • Works hands-on with Statistical Services team to create new approaches and/or validate existing approaches.
  • Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of issues and the development of specific solutions.
  • May deliver some findings to clients.
  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
  • May identify new business opportunities of follow-on work or client questions.
  • Provides follow-up with client after client service has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and MedTech market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities. Begins to develop CoE specific subject matter expertise.
  • When acting as offering management lead, proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the client and team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Master's Degree Statistics or Data Analytics Preferred.
  • 5-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry Required.
  • Prior experience or avid interest in the MedTech and other life science industries.
  • Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to juggle priorities based on product development and data investigation
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
  • Has necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given CoE.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,200.00 - $151,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
